Greek Salad
This is amazing! I love it! It’s just like the recipe that my fav. Greek restaurant uses. Delicious! Divine!
4 ripe fresh tomatoes, chopped into 1/2 ” pieces
1 cucumber, chopped into 1/2 ” pieces
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/2 “pieces
1/2 cup chopped red onions into 1/2 ” pieces
1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1/4 cup kalamata olives
1/2 cup - 1 Cup feta cheese, crumbled
1. Mix together vinegars, oil, salt and oregano.
2. Add vegetables, cheese and olives.
3. Marinate several hours in refrigerator to allow flavors to blend.
