Day 2
Breakfast: 1 glass grapefruit juice
Lunch: 2 scrambled cheesy eggs, 1 piece of bread and jam, 1 glass of grapefruit juice, 1/2 cup of wheatlets
Dinner: bowl of spaghetti with homemade meat spaghetti sauce, 1 glass skim milk
Snack: homemade apple crisp and vanilla ice cream.
Just for the record, I hate keeping track of what I eat everyday… I’m glad I only have to do this for 7 days. *sigh*
