Day 7
Breakfast: 1 glass of juice
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, Peanut butter and Jam on toast, 1 glass of milk
Supper: mash potatoes, 2 chicken wings, 1 neck, carrots, 1 glass of apple juice
Snack: 1 cinnamon bun, 1 gummy worm

Breakfast: 1 glass of orange juice, 1 cinnamon bun, 1/2 glass of milk
Lunch: 20 crackers, 2 slices of garlic coil, 1 glass of apple juice
Supper: pink grapefruit, 2 pepperoni sticks, 1 glass of apple juice
Breakfast: 1 glass of orange juice, 1 bowl of wheatlets
Snack: 1 slice of bread
Lunch: 1 homemade banana muffin, 1 glass of milk
Supper: 2 banana muffins, 1 glass of milk
Snack: apple
There are gobs of people out here that are prego. It’s just crazy… everywhere I look everyone has a bump on their belly… well the girls anyway. Some of the guys too, but I just tell them to quit having a tummy growing contest with their wife.
I’m just happy this will be the last. I can feel my tummy stretching and growing… It’s so uncomfy and it feels weird.. I’m just glad I don’t get stretch marks. I’ve seen them on some of my friends and it looks like Freddy Kruger ripped them apart… Scary!
I’m already at 16 weeks and I still haven’t felt that baby move… which is weird cuz with all my others they started kicking me and making their presence known already… hmmm… maybe it got strangled in its cord or something.
Breakfast: glass of orange juice
Lunch: 1/2 grill cheese sandwich, 1 glass lemonade
Supper: 3 slices of Gus’s special pizza, plate of classic Greek salad, 1 glass of lemonade
Snack: glass of orange juice
Breakfast: glass of lemonade
Lunch: apple crumble with ice cream
Supper: 2 bites of steak, 2 bites of peas, 2 bites of fried rice, (I didn’t like supper)
Snack: 1 ham sandwich with cheese and lettuce, 5 carrot sticks with dip, glass of apple juice.
Breakfast: 1 glass grapefruit juice
Lunch: 2 scrambled cheesy eggs, 1 piece of bread and jam, 1 glass of grapefruit juice, 1/2 cup of wheatlets
Dinner: bowl of spaghetti with homemade meat spaghetti sauce, 1 glass skim milk
Snack: homemade apple crisp and vanilla ice cream.
Just for the record, I hate keeping track of what I eat everyday… I’m glad I only have to do this for 7 days. *sigh*
So my midwives are making me keep track of what I eat. They insist I do this, but it drives me crazy cuz who has time? I’m only going to do it for a week. So here goes:
Breakfast: 1 lg. glass Sun Rype not from concentrated apple juice, 1 pepperoni stick
Lunch: 1 sm. homemade cookie, 1 pink grapefruit, 1 glass of apple juice
Snack: 1 pink grapefruit
Supper: 1 cup of rice, salmon, 1/2 cup long green beans, 1 glass of apple juice, 1/2 slice of freshly baked banana bread.
Snack: 1 pink grapefruit, 1 glass of grapefruit juice.
*sigh* It sure doesn’t look like a lot, but I only eat when I’m hungry and when I have food that is accessible to eat. Right now I’m craving my pepperoni sticks and my Danone la creme yogurts! Grrr…. and it’s Sunday or else I’d send Ryan to the grocery store to pick some up for me. I’m craving apple juice, pink grapefruit, Danone la creme yogurt, apples, and pepperoni sticks. GAH! I hate cravings that can’t be fulfilled. I’m going to be dreaming of eating pepperoni sticks all night long now! *sigh* I’d rather have my steamy Tom Welling ones. Now THOSE put a smile on my face all day. The brain is an amazing thing.
